These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meamo platform, including our websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, and advertising services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Meamo Platform

Meamo provides a retail media platform that enables advertisers to promote products on participating merchant websites and allows merchants to monetize on-site traffic through sponsored placements. Meamo operates the ad technology, campaign logic, and reporting infrastructure.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature or functionality will always be available.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Advertisers and Campaigns

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their campaigns, including keywords, creatives, bids, and landing destinations. Ads must comply with applicable laws and must not be misleading, deceptive, or infringing.

Campaign pricing may be based on cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), or other pricing models as offered by Meamo. Charges are calculated based on recorded campaign activity.

4. Merchants and Inventory

Merchants authorize Meamo to display sponsored placements within their stores and to use provided product and inventory data solely for ad serving, reporting, and optimization.

Meamo does not guarantee revenue levels, fill rates, or advertiser demand. Revenue shares and payout terms are defined by the merchant’s agreement with Meamo.

5. Fees and Payments

Advertisers agree to pay all applicable fees incurred through use of the Services. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Meamo may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances or payment failures.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Manipulating clicks, impressions, or conversions
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Accessing the Services in an unauthorized manner

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, trademarks, and platform components, are owned by or licensed to Meamo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to Meamo, other users, or merchants.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Meamo disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meamo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
